10 Reporting illegal content

Anyone can report content they believe to be illegal at [contact@elefantia.com]. The report must contain: (i) a description of the content, (ii) its location within the service (if applicable), (iii) the legal grounds for the report, (iv) evidence to support the report, (v) the reporter's contact details and a statement of good faith.
Elefantia will acknowledge receipt, analyze the report and, depending on the circumstances, may remove the content.

11. Governing Law

These legal notices are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer’s mandatory legal rights.
